Our commitment to the highest cleaning standards

In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, we have stepped up our cleaning & hygiene processes to ensure the very highest standards of cleanliness. Each apartment now undergoes a deep clean after every stay, including all surfaces being wiped with medical grade anti-bacterial wipes, our linens and towels are laundered at 90C and we now provide single portions of butter and jam to ensure your safety.

  Lovely apartment on the river right in the centre of Durham. ☺Location is fantastic, right in the centre. The apartment is very well presented, with a lovely balcony overlooking the river.   An excellent property from every aspect, run by hosts who truly value their customers’ comfort. ☺We had a fabulous 6 day break based at Riverside Apartment. Many thanks to Wendy who showed us around and made sure we knew where everything was and how to operate the heating, kitchen appliances etc. It is a beautifully furnished apartment with every comfort, plus very generous welcome pack. It exceeded our expectations for location and facilities, is ideally situated for calm riverside views and is only minutes walk to the town centre, cathedral and castle. Wendy and Chris went above and beyond when we required assistance at the end of our stay, for which we are very grateful.

  Exceptional ☺ Great location within easy walking distance of the historic town centre. Picturesque outlook from the spacious living area. High standard of presentation and comfort reflecting owner's careful attention to detail. Owner's personal welcome onsite. Easy and secure parking.
